1. How do I set up a user account?

  •
    • Click on ‘Create a new account’
    •
      • Select one of the two registration options to continue: ‘Former student’ or ‘New student’

      • If you have previously attended a course, taken a level test, or sat a DELE certificate exam, your details should already be on our system, so we recommend you select ‘Former student’. This means all your online enrolments will be stored together on your record. Remember to use the same email address as when you first registered with us. When you enter your email address, we will validate your details. If they match, you will receive an email with instructions for access to the portal and a confirmation of your personal details we hold on our system.

      • If this is your first contact with the Instituto Cervantes and you are not registered on any of our systems, you should select ‘New student’, complete all the details, and you will then receive an email with instructions for access to the portal.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at soportecliclondres@cervantes.es or via our Contact section.

        2. How do I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your password, click on ‘Request a new password’, insert your email address, and you’ll receive an email with the steps for re-setting your password.

        3. I’m a former student at the Instituto Cervantes, I’ve sat a DELE exam, or I’ve been enrolled on a general or specialised course - do I need to create a user account?

Yes. Select the ‘Former student’ option, and insert the same email address you used when you first registered with us, so that we can retrieve your details.

About the shop and its products

        1. What can I buy from the shop?

Through the Instituto Cervantes shop, you can buy enrolments for the Spanish courses at our centres. The Instituto Cervantes offers a wide range of courses in Spanish as a Foreign Language across its network of centres around the world. There are general language courses, organised at different levels based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and also courses tailored to individual needs, and for example, language courses with specific objectives. All of these meet the requirements of the Plan Curricular del Instituto Cervantes (PCIC) (the Instituto Cervantes Curriculum Programme)
